Dear MLYM: Overcoming the Weight of Judgment
Dear MLYM,
Today, I feel the weight of being judged. It’s like every move I make is being watched, and every word I speak is being critiqued. But here’s what I need to remember: I am not defined by the opinions of others. I am defined by the strength and grace I carry inside me.
Judgment may sting, but it doesn’t have the power to write my story. Only I have that power. I’ve worked hard to get here, and I will continue to rise, even when others don’t understand my journey. Their words are just noise; my worth is solid, unshaken by fleeting opinions.
So, today, I choose to be kind to myself, to silence the doubts that creep in, and to stand tall in the truth of who I am. The only judgment that matters is the one I hold for myself — and today, I choose to see myself with love.
Keep going, you’re doing just fine.
With love,
MLYM
